GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS

The driver :

The driver named in the contract must be over 23 years old. He must also have held a valid driving license for at least two years. This must be supported by original documents.

If a second driver is requested, he / she must be present at the time of departure and present the original of his driving license and an identity card or passport. Only the drivers identified on the rental contract are authorized to drive the rented vehicle and not to let people other than themselves drive the car.

The keys and the vehicle papers are the responsibility of the customer.

The lessee must return the vehicle in the same condition upon delivery.

Fuel is the responsibility of the customer, excess fuel on return of the vehicle is not refunded.

The use of vehicles on unpaved tracks is absolutely prohibited.

The duration of your rental begins and ends at the agreed start time and the agreed end time which appear on your rental agreement.

Rental period:

The rental period is calculated by non-divisible 24-hour period, from the time the vehicle is made available.

The lessee undertakes to return the vehicle to the lessor on the date provided for in the rental contract, if you wish to keep it beyond this date it will be up to you to request an extension from the lessor.

Payment :

Payment is made when the vehicle is picked up, either in cash or by approved credit card with an additional 5% (bank charges).

Our rates include Unlimited mileage, Insurance, second driver delivery and return of the vehicle, 24/24 assistance.

Our prices are expressed in Euro.

Rania rent car gives you the choice of where you want to pick up or return the vehicle (Airport, Hotels, Stations...etc.)

Insurance:

The insurance contract taken out by Rania rent car guarantees the civil liability vis-à-vis third parties, of any authorized person, having custody or driving the vehicle, whose name must appear on the rental contract.

In the event that the driver commits an accident, a completed amicable report and declaration within 24 hours are mandatory.

The damage caused to the tires, the breakage of the glassware in general, the tires, the front and rear lights, the mirrors, the tools, are the responsibility of the tenant. The tenant is responsible on the road and in the parking lot.

Vehicle deposit:

The deposit is obligatory by imprint of the credit card or by bank check, returned after return of the vehicle and cannot be used for an extension without the prior agreement of our agency.

The deposit according to the type of vehicle.

The amount of the deposit is blocked on your credit card. This amount will be credited in full upon return of the vehicle if it is in the same condition as when it was picked up.

Car service with driver:

The chauffeur service, on order and subject to availability, is charged at 20 Euros per day. Regulations:

The costs incurred by the loss of the vehicle papers are 40 Euros The costs incurred by the loss of the vehicle keys are 50 Euros
